For his new character in the upcoming film The Dallas Buyer's Club, Matthew McConaughey has lost a whopping 30 pounds. Matthew will be playing Ron Woodruff, an AIDS patient from the mid-80s seeking experimental HIV drugs in order to prolong his life. Considered one of the hottest guys in Hollywood, the actor has lost a significant amount of weight and has aged remarkably - he's basically unrecognizable!
